BNP Paribas Fortis (and, if applicable, the intermediary independent agent) will then forward the result of this analysis to Arval Belgium for a decision.

Financial consent

I authorise BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV/Fintro SA/NV (and, where applicable, the intermediary independent agent) to consult my account(s) with BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV or Fintro SA/NV with a view to verifying my income, expenses and other financial obligations in connection with the non-binding Private Lease proposal from Arval Belgium SA/NV that I have chosen. If you refuse this or if BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV (and, where applicable, the intermediary independent agent) does not have sufficient information, BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV (and, where applicable, the intermediary independent agent) will ask you to submit the necessary supporting documents to enable the financial analysis.

General data consent

In the event of entering into a leasing agreement, I authorise Arval Belgium to provide BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV (and, where applicable, the intermediary independent agent) - before and after the end of my leasing agreement - with the necessary contact, identification and contract details in order to contact me by email/SMS to discuss a financing/leasing solution for a new vehicle. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying BNP Paribas Fortis as described in its Privacy Notice.

Marketing consent
