Private Lease is a long-term operational lease of vehicles, without a purchase option, to private individuals, offered by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA, located at Ikaroslaan 99, 1930 Zaventem, RPM Brussels VAT BE 0436.781.102, www.arval.be, retail@arval.be, BNP Paribas Fortis - IBAN BE54 0016 0303 1797- BIC GEBABEBB with the involvement of BNP Paribas Fortis SA, Montagne du Parc 3, B-1000 Brussels, RPM Brussels VAT BE 0403.199.702.
Target audience
Operational leasing is reserved for individual customers of BNP Paribas Fortis and/or Fintro (Fintro is a division of BNPPF), residing in Belgium. This webpage does not constitute an offer and is not binding or contractual in nature. A Lease Agreement will only be concluded once your file has been accepted by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA/NV, and will always be subject to its General Terms and Conditions for Private Lease.
Pricing indicators and contract features
The monthly rent is calculated according to the contractual term (between 25 and 60 months) and the agreed annual mileage and includes: maintenance, repairs, unlimited summer tyres in the case of normal use/wear and tear (optional winter tyres), registration tax (TMC), road tax, depreciation and interest, VAT, European roadside assistance, a replacement vehicle in the event of immobilisation for more than 24 hours (optional), the Perfecta service (coverage by Arval Belgium SA/NV of the risk of damage to the vehicle, total loss or theft) with an excess (flat rate) payable by the leaseholder and insurance **.
The monthly rental price is for information only and is subject to changes in the vehicle's taxation, interest rate and list price, and to changes in the vehicle options, configuration and equipment.
Exclusions and special conditions
Not included in the monthly rent: energy and/or fuel costs and traffic fines. CO2 levels are also for information only and depend on the options chosen and/or the data provided by the manufacturer. At the end of the contract, the mileage will be settled at the last contractually agreed price. In the event of early termination of the Lease Agreement, a fixed sum corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the outstanding rent will be charged
Insurance and legal obligations
(**) Third-party car insurance, legal expenses insurance and driver insurance are included in the monthly rental price when they are taken out by Arval Belgium SA/NV, in the name and on behalf of the leaseholder. Arval Belgium SA/NV is registered as an ancillary insurance intermediary with the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA – www.FSMA.be) under number 0436.781.102. Such insurance may also be underwritten by an insurer of your choice. Third-party insurance is required by law.
Prepayment terms
If the monthly lease indicates a prepayment amount, this means that the payment of this amount will reduce the monthly lease payment for the duration of the agreement. Prepayment is not guarantee or a deposit. In the event of early termination of the lease agreement, this prepayment will not be refunded, except in certain cases specified in the prepayment conditions.
Delivery timelines
The estimated delivery time of the vehicle depends on its availability from the manufacturer and/or the importer, and/or on the equipment and/or the chosen configuration.
