I authorise BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV/Fintro SA/NV (and, where applicable, the intermediary independent agent) to consult the following with a view to verifying my income, expenses and other financial obligations under the non-binding proposal for operational leasing from Arval Belgium SA/NV chosen by me: my account(s) with BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV or Fintro SA/NV, as well as the existence of any outstanding social security contributions and any overdrafts and/or late payments on loans with BNP Paribas Fortis NV or Fintro NV. If you refuse this or if BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV (and, where applicable, the intermediary independent agent) does not have sufficient information, BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV (and, where applicable, the intermediary independent agent) will ask you to submit the necessary supporting documents to enable the financial analysis.

In the event of entering into a leasing agreement, I authorise Arval Belgium to provide BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV (and, where applicable, the intermediary independent agent) - before and after the end of my leasing agreement - with the necessary contact, identification and contract details in order to contact me by email/SMS to discuss a financing/leasing solution for a new vehicle. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying BNP Paribas Fortis as described in its Privacy Notice.

I agree that the information I provide in this form may be used for the purpose of sending targeted advertising by email or SMS with regard to Arval’s leasing products and associated services. I may object to the use of my personal data for marketing purposes at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of each marketing email. As an Arval customer, I am aware that my prior consent is no longer required to send targeted advertising, as Arval relies on legitimate interests.
